Hello. Please help me understand the current situation with the casino. On October 28, I created an account at the casino. Made a deposit. I played in a live casino, then in slots. After I won the money 163€, I decided to withdraw it. I created a request on October 29th. And since October 29, my request has been under consideration. I wrote to the casino’s live support about the timing of consideration of my request, but as I understand it, the casino does not have clear regulations on the timing of consideration of withdrawal requests. They are not limited by time, i.e. any casino request can be considered within one day, maybe a week, or maybe a month or maybe even a year. And this raises my concerns that in this way the casino, with its unsubscribes, will delay the moment of approval of the withdrawal of funds. I am ready to undergo any verification if necessary. Please help me get my money or get information from the casino where they would give specific deadlines for considering the request.

The verification calls can only take place on weekdays, a call can be scheduled on a weekday as early as 06:00 UTC though, would this make it possible to arrange a call in the early morning on a weekday?
