Verification issue and payment delay

Hello.

So I started to play at this casino a week ago on Friday 2/6-2023.

I used my Mifinity wallet and deposited 40 euro.

Started to play blackjack and won up and down and at last I came to 600 euros.

Meanwhile, I was playing blackjack, I also verified myself which is automatic, it has an id and electricity bill, and even a selfie.

I also uploaded two pictures of my Mifinity account which shows my name etc.

Today when I contacted chat (again) they told me I need to send proof I own Mifinity wallet, which I already did and it is green on the site even.

I kept dealing with this Bianca who keeps copying and pasting the same messages all the time about how kyc had contacted me via email, and I never had any emails from them at all.

I even sent [email protected] and suppor­t@w­inl­ege­nds.com emails without a response from them.

So support tells me I need to verify Mifinity even though I did.

Also tells me KYC sent me emails when isn't through either.

I need help with this.
