Refuses to permanently close account

After asking multiple times by live chat and email, they refuse to permanently close my account.

In live chat they claim they can't do it due to technical difficulties and that i should contact by email and i will get reply soon.

24 hours later still no reply.

This is unfair as they know that some people will not resist the urge to deposit and gamble more money .

As apparent from the submitter's latest post, the AskGamblers Complaint Team is pleased to announce the case has been resolved and closed.

We thank both parties for their assistance during the complaint process.

Account was closed successfully.

But i still am unhappy about the fact it takes so long.

You should make a quicker option to protect gamblers!

We have examined your complaint about account closure in detail.
According to the rules of our casino, the account can be closed only by contacting suppor­t@w­inl­ege­nds.com:
14.1 If there is no debt to us or any other third party, you can close Your Account and terminate the Terms of Use on no less than twenty-four hours' notice to us at any time. You can contact our Customer Services Department - suppor­t@w­inl­ege­nds.com for notifying us about your decision.

14.1.1. In request for closure of the account you may mention:

- the objective of your request (closure of the account);

- the reason for your decision (in particular if you are going to close your account because of concerns over the level of Your use of the Services. We will reply to your request after getting it. There will be a confirmation of the closure of the account and the date when this closure will be effective. Account Holder, for his part, commits to continue to assume responsibility for all activity on Your Account until such closure has been carried out by us (at which point the Terms of Use shall terminate).

25 Feb 2023 20:31 GMT+0 An email was sent to you with a request to provide the reason why you want to close your account.
On Feb 25th 2023 23:00 GMT+0 an email was received from you indicating that you wish to close your account permanently.
On February 26th, 2023 11:09 PM GMT+0 your account T0T0DIABL3 has been closed and you have been notified via email about this.

If you haven't received the email, please check both your inbox and spam folder for an email.
All of the actions regarding your account were carried out within the rules of our casino.
