On June 28th I won $400.00, My account is verified and the Money is not related to any free offer or casino handout at all. I have withdrawn winnings before, The Royal Vegas Site had tech issues and I could not see my deposit so I called Customer Support and was told not to worry as my withdraw was in process and there were no issues, I then noticed 2 days later it was still stuck as a work in progress, I made another enquiry and was told the funds can take up to 5 Business days so I waited and still nothing, still stuck here "Screen Shot" below

It does generally take 3 - 5 working days to reflect on your side once we have processed and released the funds.
If you do not have the funds by Friday please let me know so that I can look further into the matter for you.
