Withdrawal not processed in the given timeframe
Good Day,
I have been playing at this casino for quite a few months and have made multiple successful withdrawals in the past which were all processed all mainly the same day as what i requested them.
But the last one which i requested on the 08/04/22 I was first told will be processed within 3-5 Business days which have already passed and that is not how I know this casino from all the past withdrawals which I requested.
One asks support and they simply tell you they have nothing to do with the withdrawals please email payments which the last time was also not the case as the last time I simply asked for a time frame I hardly closed the chat and the payment came through to my crypto wallet.
It might not be alot which I am withdrawing but when converted to ZAR it is actually quite a bit of cash.
I also see now that this casino has a list of complaints as long as my arm about withdrawals which was not the case when I checked a few months ago. So I am only but hoping and praying that because mine is not such a massive amount that it will get paid out and super fast as well.
Any assistance will be highly appreciated, I have attached what I understand is needed please feel free to request any other documents which might be needed to proceed with this dispute.
