WildPharao Casino - 15 days passed but withdrawal still pending - Complaint Unsolved

I have a gaming account with WildPharao casino on which I got lucky and win some money after done bonus wagering.

I made a withdrawal request on 22 Aug 2022 which is still pending.

I contacted customer service they gave me a email address of payment department. So, I emailed them and also send mail to support but no reply from them.

Also my withdrawal request is still pending after 15 days passed.

Plz help me

Sorry I forgot to mention Withdrawal Amount. It is 1000 Euro.
