Haven't received my payment since 12th of July

My verification documents were confirmed and my withdrawal was marked to processed. This was more than 10 days ago and no payment has been received to date.

I spoke to customer support many times who inform me they cannot help me and to send an email to payments.

I've done this many times and nothing seems to happen.

They don't even open the emails.
