No answer emails and No payment for over 21 days

Hello AG, I open account in this casino on 15 Jan. 22 after this I successfully upload my documents via website after 3 days passed no action after this I send an email to Support to check and verify my documents they give answer on 20 Jan. 22 below;

After this I do deposit 50 euros, I lost it after again depositing 100 euros I do it 300euros and create withdrawal request with 300euros via crypto. After this our adventure is starting they say 3-5 business/working days and another excuse. Now they set to payment status of my crypto "Processed" but no money come, they didn't send any 0.5 euros only they do set transaction status to "Processed" but no payment. Please send my money to crypto address, because I already upload all of my legal documents and verify them. They are don't think process withdrawal requests only if some open complaints on AG after this sometimes they send or they don't send.

If I take any update I will write here but at this period please think about 2 times when you open an account here.
