My withdrawal has not arrived

Hi, thank you for your help. I would like to report an abuse of payments on wildpharao.com.

I requested two withdrawals one of 350 and one of 600 the casino says that the payments are no longer in my account they have been processed but they never arrived at my bank.

The first 3 months have passed, and the second 1 month I requested an account statement from the casino to check if the transaction had been made but I never received an answer.
