Money sitting in account for three weeks although verified

Hello everyone, My names Nick or slotsgodlasso! I'm a live streamer from twitch. I have been streaming for around 9 months now and have been approached by multiple different affiliate brands about playing on their sites. This complaint in particular is about WildPharao Casino and RGG Network affiliation.

They approached me asking to stream for the site under their affiliation program. In return they would give me basic commission and also some deposit codes. I deposited around 450 CAD on the site and managed to beat a couple wagers after hitting a max win on Madame Destiny Megaways and some other good hits on Dog House.

My withdraw is sitting at exactly $2000 CAD, so $1550 In profit on the site. My KYC forms were verified and my account was fully verified. Here is the problem. I have now waited three weeks to receive any sort of cash out and I am still waiting patiently. I have contacted their live support multiple times and they give me a blanket statement every time "Hello we are technical support, we don't handle any financials. please send us an email @ ___________ "

At this point I can understand that they do not handle the withdrawals and that's totally fine, but It has now been two weeks with zero emails back from the financial department as well as the support department Please be very cautious guys about where you sign up!

This has been nothing but a disappointment and a headache for me. I'm still pursuing my withdraw and I have not touched my withdr­awa­l/c­anc­elled. I think this casino uses very unfair strategies for players like holding withdrawals. This strategy causes players to have the urge to cancel withdrawals and play with their winnings! Be very careful everyone I don't want to see anyone lose their money playing at this site! If anyone has played here at this site and has any information for me on how I can receive my money or pursue please help me out! It's now been over 3 weeks with out a withdrawal after being fully KYC verified! Thanks guys!

Hello WP and Askgamblers, Attached is email proof from my bank RBC stating that I have not received a wire transfer of $2000, and that I have only received 1 wire transfer in the past 6 months from Matching Visions which was my old work. I think either Wild Pharoah is blatantly lying about processing my cash out. Or there could of been a genuine error. I have also not supplied Wild Pharoah with any of my personal banking details so I cannot see how it could of even been processed. I appreciate you re looking into this fraudulent casino. I hope I receive my money as It's been months since I've heard from this site. This has put a lot of stress on me because I need the money severely.

Yes, I have contacted my bank, I have email proof of them saying I have not received a wire transfer for $2000 CAD, I can submit this proof to you guys over on askgamblers or wild pharoah but I don't want to post publicly my private details that are included in my banks response thanks.
