Delaying my €500 payment

Hello, unfortunately, I also have to open a complaint.

My withdrawal request was accepted on 04/29/2022.

Unfortunately, today on 05/08/22 there is still no money in my account.

My account is fully verified. I played with a bonus and have complete wanger it.

It's the 3 payouts. The mail on April 29, 2022 said that the money would reach my account in 2-3 days, which unfortunately was not the case.

My emails to paymen­ts@­wil­dph­ara­o.com are not answered. I can't seem to get any help in live chat.

I've only played at Wildpharaoh and I'm a bit disappointed that nobody from support can help me.
