Delaying my €100 withdrawal

Hi. My account is fully verified. They said that processed my withdrawal of 100 EUR to my IBAN 30.05.2022 but I didn't get any money in my bank account. I asked them to send me the proof of payment transfer but their financial department didn't answer me. Help me to receive money. Also, I wrote to live chat and only said to wait. As I know withdrawing to IBAN takes a maximum 2 working days. But is not 5 or more. I see that there are many complaints about this casino.
