Delayed Payment from WildPharao

Dears,

I made a withdrawal for 300euro on Wildpharao and it was processed on 16/10 at 08 local time. The withdrawal was done on my mifinity account but until now they received nothing yet.

I was told that once processed meant that the payment was done, but apparently not in my case. Tried to contact them at least 4 or 5 times but they ignored me completely, and support could tell me that they are not involved in payments.

Really hope that you guys can get in contact with them as it's frustrating that they take money very easily but when they have to give back that seems nearly impossible . Attached is the processed line when the withdrawal was done.

I won 2800€ at the WildPharao Casino 2 weeks ago. My account got verified in 3 days and since then basically nothing really happened.

I had 3 open withdrawals until the livechat told me that the management said only one withdrawal at a time can be open. I canceled 2 of my withdrawals and I have one 1000€ withdrawal open since then.

Livechat isn't helping at all since they claim they can are not responsible for withdrawals. They told me to send an email to the payments department which I did twice, but I didn't get anything back from them at all.

Not really sure what to expect, but I think the money is gone.

Honestly I'm thinking about the legal way and try to prosecute them in Cyprus since the "Promedia N.V" is registered there.

Any ideas?

I have a gaming account with WildPharao casino on which I got lucky and win some money after done bonus wagering.

I made a withdrawal request on 22 Aug 2022 which is still pending.

I contacted customer service they gave me a email address of payment department. So, I emailed them and also send mail to support but no reply from them.

Also my withdrawal request is still pending after 15 days passed.

Made a withdrawal of 819 euro 26/7 2022. I haven't received any information on the matter. Chat is not very helpful at all (sometimes even rude) says that they don't handle payment and tell me to send an email to the payment team. I sent several emails but they never reply. I just want my winnings of 819 euros so that I can close my account and never play at this fraudulent casino again.

I played at casino with welcome bonus in early 2022. I won and wagered a bonus completely within terms. everything was ok.

Also my account is fully verified via kyc documents. Total amount I withdrew after wagering was 3600€.

At wildpharao you have to withdraw 1000€ at time so I made 3x1000€ + 1x600€ withdraw requests one at a time.

All requests with the same direct bank information. First two withdrawals came through to my bank in about 3-4 weeks each after being completely processed.

Two latest were completely processed also 1000€ ( 2022-05-09 20:39:12) and 600€ ( 2022-05-30 07:12:28 ).

I also got some confirmation email from both that it takes 1-3 business days amounts of money to arrive.

Well those two withdrawals are still missing after 2,5 and over 3 months.

Livechat is the only one that answers anything, but it only gives [email protected] email to contact.

Last time I asked today tho they just went offline and didnt answer anything.

I've contacted it many times and no1 answers anything. also I've contacted [email protected] and [email protected] even with an official complaint, which they say in their own terms it will get response in 10 days, well it didn't.

I've been very patient but I would love to get paid my withdrawals or even get a proper reply from someone. And get some kind of good settlement which is ok for both parties.

Here are many screenshots. I'm willing to provide more if needed.

My verification documents were confirmed and my withdrawal was marked to processed. This was more than 10 days ago and no payment has been received to date.

I spoke to customer support many times who inform me they cannot help me and to send an email to payments.

I've done this many times and nothing seems to happen.

They don't even open the emails.

On 31.01.2022 I won 1300€ on wildpharao.com. The account is verified and the withdrawal has been requested. There is still no progress until now. I asked the chat multiple times. They are referring to an email address where I get no answer. Screenshots are attached.

Please help me out here.

I was told I would get a withdrawal within 3-5 days and it has been over that and I keep getting the runaround by live chat. They say thtas the payment department but it's sure easy to deposit money if they post that they payout in 3-5 days. I believe that's a breach of contract and they should get help that can answer questions it almost seems like an internet scam and I tried to go online to goto what I was told to [email protected] but no response. All I just want to say I'm very disappointed so can someone check into this for me.

I successfully wagered my deposit bonus on the 3rd of June 2022 and requested a withdrawal. My account is fully verified. Unfortunately, my withdrawal request is still pending (13 days by now, 9 business days). As a verified active player I do not see any reason to delay my withdrawal request. I reached out to the live chat several times but they cannot provide information regarding payments. Therefore I contracted the payments team of WildPharao ([email protected]) but I have not received any answer.
