15000 EUR cashout delayed for almost 3 months


Hello,

2 months ago I won 15.000 EUR from my deposit with the bonus. I made several deposits before my win and lost several deposits. And then I got huge win on Mystery Museum and couple of lower wins.

Maximum cashout for this bonus is 20k EUR. You can request only one cashout at a time, and can't create another until 1st one is processed.

I got verified and got 1 cashout of 1000 EUR after more than 1 month of waiting.

Then I submitted the second withdrawal request 2022-03-07 and since then I haven't got any payments. Support is not responding, representative is just telling me that my issues are "on top of his list" and nothing happens.

Attached is the screenshot of my Wild Pharao account with transactions history, taken 1 minute ago.

As you can see, my account still has 13,878.06 EUR as well as 1000 EUR in pending cashouts.

I'm unable to request a new cashout until my current one is not processed.

This means, that I will need to create 14 more cashout requests to get my money, which are stuck in your casino for almost 3 months now.

Please, let me know, when the whole balance will be paid out?
