10.803€ still to receive out of 20803€, but they keep delaying

On October 2021 I won at this casino using a welcome bonus 20.803 EUR...

They started to pay every 1.000 EUR but very late and after posting this situation at CasinoGuru. Its been 5 months and I still haven't received all my money.

Right now I have 10.803 EUR still to receive, and I'm writing this here so maybe you can help me with this situation because WildPharao stopped answering on CasinoGuru.

Hello everybody, thanks for your answer.
Unfurtunately i have not recieved any withdraw yet. Here you can find what my withdraw history looks like:
There are 4 withdraw payments pending which were requested on the following dates (attached file):

1- 30/12/2021

2- 04/01/2022

3- 10/01/2022

4- 12/01/2022
And I have stopped requesting withdrawals since ive got no answer from them. I wait for instruction on how to proceed. (I still have 10.803 EUR to withdraw)
