Following the reopening of my account, they have not let me into my account. When I press forgot password I never get the email. I asked them to fix it, and after 2 days of them doing nothing, at the end of their day Friday, they ask for permission to get into my account to change it manually. I gave them permission but they couldn't do anything over the weekend because their technical department works Monday through Friday. But now today their managers are off, they just informed me. Something is not right. I want back into my account. It's been a week.
I'd like to add that I've tried closing my account with them and withdrawing the 15 mBTC in my account since I can't access it. They've told me they can't, and I must request a withdrawal from within my account that I can't access. Which sounds pretty fishy to me.
