Yesterday, I found out about your AGCoin, and decided to use it on casino Webby Slot.
I made a registration, claimed a 10 Euro and managed to win over 70 Euros.
I contacted their Live Chat support team about what to do next. They said that they need additional information about AGCoin, and that they will be contacting me on my mail adress. Today I received email that my account was duplicate and that I have created one before already. After I asked them for clarification, they responded that there was created an account with same email provider (@seznam.cz) Which is the number 1. Email provider in Czechia.
After further communication, I found out that the only reason they think that my account is duplicate, is becouse of the similiar password and Email provider that is used by a majority of Czech people.
There weren't same IP adresses, Physical adresses, same names or any personal informations that were same as mine. Not even from my relatives, since no one is playing casino games from my family.
