Withdrawal and verification issues that are lasting since May this year

I am sorry for my English at first, but I will do my best.
I have a problem with Wallacebet. They don't want to let me withdraw my money and they keep asking me for more documents for verification. Even though I have provided them with all the necessary documents, they are delaying the verification process.
On May 23, 2022, I asked them via email if it would be possible to change the phone number on my account. Unfortunately they didn't allow me to do that and on the contrary they started abusing it and started asking me for documents from my old number so they could verify it.
I am from Ukraine, and I had documents from my old number in Ukraine, but unfortunately I had to flee before the war. After some time I managed to get these necessary documents and so I sent these documents to them.
I have already sent them all kinds of documents they said about. I sent the last document related to the phone number on 10.8.2022 and they still were not able to verify it.
I have +-1900 euros in this casino and when I request a withdrawal of 500 euros, they keep canceling it. I hope I haven't forgotten anything and I am sending all the necessary screenshots I have in the attachment.
