Violation of several terms and conditions


Dear Sir or Madam,

I am already verified with the provider Wallacebet.com and have already made several deposits and withdrawals, some with successfully implemented bonus conditions.

Now I have successfully fulfilled the turnover requirements for the sports betting bonus and have adhered to all terms and conditions of the provider. Account balance after turnover conditions amounted to 1,310.04 EUR (deposit amounted to 200.00 EUR and it was credited by Wallacetbet a bonus in the amount of 200.00 EUR)

On 10.01.2023 I requested a payout and receive on 11.01.2023 a mail from Wallacebet that I should have violated quite a few terms and conditions. It was only the respective points from the terms and conditions listed in the mail, against which I verst0ßen should have.

The request for a detailed and clear statement on how and what exactly I should have violated, was not answered by Wallacebet.

I have officially filed an objection against this decision of Wallacebet and also informed Wallacebet that I will involve you as a supervisory authority. (see mail history)


Wallacebet has now withheld any winnings and only credited my deposit of 200.0 EUR to my account.

I feel unjustly treated and unfortunately have no chance to clarify this with Wallacebet and now hope for your help.

We would like to bring your attention to the following term which was accepted by the player before initiating betting activity.

12.11.1 As "Arbitrage" Website means the method certain players can use in order to abuse Sportsbook offers to their advantage. In such cases, we reserve the right to void bets, deduct winnings and remaining funds or return user's initial deposit at Website’s discretion. Indicators, including but not limited, that gives Website strong reasons to believe that a bettor is abusing our offers using the arbitrage system are as follows: i) one deposit only in order to receive the MAX bonus offered. ii) Starting his betting activity with one single bet, Soccer Pre event, Stake = his deposit + bonus money, on high odd (higher than 2) iii) Starting his betting activity with single bets, Soccer Pre event, Stakes totalling = his deposit + bonus money, on high odd (higher than 2) iv) Continuing his betting activity with the same pattern mentioned above, with stakes = winnings from first bet(s)

Due to the violation of the term all winnings and bonus releases are rendered invalid and shall be voided. The initial deposit is available in the player's account.

Should the operator fail to provide such an update within the specified timeframes, the case shall be considered unresolved and will be closed accordingly. As a direct consequence of such closure, the operator's ranking score on AskGamblers will be decreased accordingly.

Unfortunately, the list of wallebet is wrong.
It is indiscriminately listed Agbs against which I should have violated without proving it concretely!

In particular, the written reasons under 12.11.1 are completely contradictory. In the bonus only odds above 2.0 are allowed. But then I would only accuse odds greater than 2.0 is very cheeky and wrong.
This paragraph is legally not tenable and says that it is not possible to implement the bonus. Since you violate its own Agbs.

Furthermore, I must also clearly contradict 12.11.1 i, already several times I have both paid in and out.

Where the accusations vin Wallebet is simply nothing proven

Gladly I can disclose my complete betting history here.

I ask therefore here quite concretely. What am I accused of?
I have adhered to all AGbs.

Wallacebet closed my account with 1396 after wrongful accusations

Hello.

I have been using Wallace bet for some time last year, especially before their software change. After that, I played very small amounts... Was not satisfied with the limits etc, so I decided to verify my account and withdraw the funds. This is where my problem starts. After sending numerous things they asked (even wanted confirmation that I own my mobile phone number, etc.). My account has been fully verified, with around 2100€ on it. I tried to make withdrawal to Skrill 2-3 times (used it to deposit and also verified as a deposit method), but they rebounced the balance few times due to "technical issues". Interestingly, when I wrote that I will open a formal complaint here and on MGA, they released first 800€ of my balance (I had to keep withdrawals less than 1000€). After that money came, I requested additional withdrawal, and of a sudden, they close my account, take all the balance, telling me that I breached some kind of terms, multiaccounting, bonus abuse etc... I used this and only this account on Wallacebet, neither myself nor any people I know use this website, I never requested or used any bonus as far I can remember. So after that they do not reply to emails etc. If I was a fraud as they say, why let me take 800€? Day after that release, I am a thief and a thug?!? This is very shady and I just want my balance back because I really did not do anything wrong. I added all the emails and screenshots in order for you to see it for yourself. Please help!
