Endless bets checking after difficult account verification

I have a problem with Wallacebet casino. I opened my account in July 2020, played for about a year, and made my first withdrawal in July 2021. I verified my account, and got my withdrawal.
After this first withdrawal, my betting limits were cut to about 1/4 what they used to be. I managed to win a little more, and made my second withdrawal, and that is when the problems started.
My withdrawal was declined, and I was asked for additional verification on 19.10.2021. I sent them what they asked, and after that requests followed another, everytime when something was accepted there was a new document to send. After twenty emails and 13 documents I finally got my account verified on 24.11.2021. 
I did not get my withdrawal, so I asked about the situation via live chat on 30.11.2021, and they told me to send an email to risk-p­aym­ent­s@w­all­ace­bet.com. I received an email which says that my bets are under review, and they will inform me after they have finished checking.
I have now waited for three months, and asked about this situation several times. Answer remains the same, " we are checking ". Funny thing here is, that after my first withdrawal I have only made 12 bets.
I am hoping that the Askgamblers team can help us solve this problem.
