Account investigation for months

Hello AG,

i already filed a complaint like a month ago, but i would like to try again, even if i will probably take this to court in the next few days.

I deposited 100 Euro via muchbetter there, played slots, betted on baseball and won around 1454,85 Euros.

All without a bonus.

Then the verification took around 3 weeks.

Then they told me on 4th July my account is under investigation, now its the 15th August and my account is still under review.

Can you help me out here?

First withdrawal has been recieved, so i think we can close this complaint, as the other will probably processed monday or tuesday next week

I just want to update here, that the investigation has finished, and i‘m waiting for the first withdrawal of 1.000 Euros now.

I will update when i recieve both withdrawals.
