I have been waiting days to have a credit card i used a while back on emu casino to be verified. Prior to that my account and usual credit card had already been verified. I have received an email which makes me think i did not have the right numbers blanked out when i submitted my credit card the 2nd time so I have sent an email with the correct numbers blanked to securi­[email protected]­emu­cas­ino.com which created a ticket but at this stage still waiting on some sort of reply if i still have the right numbers blanked or not. the customer service people say to wait for the reply from their verificaton people. It just seems to be taking too long.

Thanks for highlighting the matter. As you were aware the first image that was provided did not meet the requirement as we needed the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card to be clearly visible.

The verification process had taken longer than usual as the document you had provided did not meet the requirement and upon checking there were 6 different tickets/cases raised by you on the same issue through different channels, cases were raised through your chats with customer support and tickets were raised when you had sent emails to se****­**@­***­cas­ino.com.

Unfortunately we needed time to review all the 6 different correspondences to ensure your issue was addressed effectively, hence the longer than usual processing time, your account was verified as confirmed in our email to your registered email yesterday.
