I am still waiting on two withdraws from Royal Vegas Casino,
after my first attempt to do a withdraw (10days ago) I wasn't asked to send the usual information (credit card, passport...),
I did another withdraw for 8000CAD couple of days after .
I received email confirming my requests but again wasn't asked for any papers.
I called and was asked to send documents in order to get payed.
calleed again and was confirmed my withdraws were approved.
I am still waiting on them and hope to see this complaint solved really soon .
