I wanted to file a complaint against the Vulkan Vegas casino because 2 days ago I ordered payment of PLN 700 where in the regulations it says that withdrawal up to PLN 2000 is accepted for up to 2 days.
At the moment the casino has broken the regulations written in the chat all the time I hear the same thing wait and wait.
The statutory time for accepting the payment has already passed in the attachment
I am sending chat conversations as well as transactions that I ordered 2 days ago.
