Hi there,
My complaint with this company is that on the 4th Feb at 2.16 I requested withdrawal of €400 and I still have not received my money. Each day I go on live chat and ask the same question first I was told 2 days, then I was told 5 working days and I am gone past that now and still not received my money. I am attaching all the chats that I screenshot on one day alone I was 2 hours in the chat and got nowhere. Please please help me.
