VulkanVegas Casino - Withdrawal delayed by more than a week now
Hi, I am having an issue with Vulkan Vegas Casino. I submitted a withdrawal request approximately a week ago (there are several withdrawals where some of them were processed within 2 days, but 4 of the withdrawals are still "in progress" and the total sum of these withdrawals is 660 Euro). It seems they have been partially processed as the sum has been subtracted from my casino balance (the balance is usually available to play until the withdrawal is processed), but the amount never reached my Neteller account and shows as "in progress" on the casino website.
I tried emailing the casino approximately 4 days after placing the withdrawal, but didn't receive an answer. Next I tried going to Live Chat where I could not connect (the chat offered first some automated answers where it said that maximum time frame for withdrawals to be processed is not more than 5 working days at worst, which has passed). The chat always said "waiting for operator" and after approx. 5 minutes the chat window closed. I tried this twice. I understand it may be too early to submit an actual complaint, but the main problem is that I can't get to communicate with the casino either via Live Chat or email.
It would be nice to get some information why is the withdrawal taking longer than expected as in the past I received withdrawals usually in the 2 day timeframe or much sooner.
