I played in this casino on 11.10.2022 when I deposited 300 euros. After playing, I withdrew my winnings: 1280,60 euros. I also sent all the documents they asked the same day, and my account was verified the next day, on 12.10.2022. I attached a screenshot of the email where they said (on 12.10.2022) that my account was succesfully verified, and also a screenshot of the casino profile showing it really is verified.
So I have already waited for over a week since my account was verified, and the withdraw is still pending (as you see from one of the screenshots. I sent them a question on 17.10.2022 via email (see the last screenshot) about the status of the withdraw, but they have not answered anything.
I try to get help from here since this situation feels unfair to me. Thank you a lot in advance!
