VulkanVegas Casino - Rejecting my withdrawal and stalling for weeks
I made a withdrawal of 800 eur on July 27th. After some time (don't know for sure as they do not send any email, you have to find out yourself by logging in) it was rejected. I contacted live chat and was told at the beginning that they were having some technical issues, however, I told them they had the same technical issues in June, then the chat member told me that I should contact my neteller because everything is fine on their side. So I called neteller, I was informed that there are no issues on my account. I told vulkanvegas this information but of course they kept their story, they told me I have to send them proof in writing from neteller. So I opened a case in neteller and received a reply that my account is fully operational. I made a withdrawal of 800 eur once again on 4th of August (as recommended by the live chat), it was rejected once again. I tried talking with live chat but it seems they do not really care, they just keep repeating your withdrawal is now in progress and you will receive it, do not worry, you will receive it soon. For me it looks they are having issues with cash, that is why they are creating such stories. I am attaching 2 screenshots, one of them is where you can see that the withdrawal was rejected 4 times in June (same story with technical issues) and the other one is the current problem, rejected on 27th of July, rejected on 4th of August and now in progress since 7th of August but will be rejected again. If needed I will post the reply from neteller where they confirmed that everything is fine with my account and it is fully operational
