I am writing this complaint regarding to Vulkan Vegas casino for delayed payment of 3 months. I requested a withdrawl of 1000€ On 29/08/2022 which was splitted into 3 amounts of 400,200, 400€ Not by my request, they did it on their own I requested the full amount.
A week later the 400€ and the 200€ were deposited to my account. I passed the verification everything was ok, but the other 400€ was rejected. I contacted them as the money are removed from my deposit they said that the bank rejected the payment. I contacted the bank they told me that there is no other amount sent to my account and that they did not reject anything. Contacted them again( the casino) they told me that their payment company has issues and that's why it was rejected. They told me it takes few days to get resolved, then few weeks. Contacted them again and again they are telling me that the withdrawl is requested and in process and to wait for an email when it's completed, so far I haven't received a single email from them related to this issue. I also contacted them via email they are telling me that it takes a few days.
Please help me resolve this issue as they are not doing anything to resolve it and I think that I have waited enough for them to resolve it.
