VulkanVegas Casino - Getting the run around with my €10,000 withdrawal
On the 2 of february I requested a withdrawal of 10.000 euro
I was by support and Howard ensured that everything was fine and I just had to wait according to the T&C's. They ensured me 20 times or so
Today it was rejected..18 days later. During the 18 days I was in contact with them every day, all was fine. Not at one point could they tell me about issues etc
Today I requested the rejected money again, but I do not accept to wait 18 more days. I will go all the way if they don't process this soon
I am feeling lied to and never seen so unprofessional support
I will not recommend this casino to anyone unless they want to fight a long time for their winnings
