On the 12th made a depo using UPI and the money got debited from my account and the payment gateway said rejected. They told me to wait for 24 hours would get it back to your account nothing came. Contacted next day told sent screenshot of time of payment and payment method and bank statement I sent it. Again next day asked the same thing send it again the screen shot and the bank new statement.
This is the second time its happening first time the same thing happenned it took 4 days for them to credit it to my account now this is the second time and have too keep asking them and the answer they give is -
Thank you for waiting. Your request is still being processed. It can take from several hours to several days. You will be notified of the result by email.
If they cannot process the payment correctly then why provide a payment gateway that has errors am sure am not the only one having issues with this. My account has been kyc passed as well and now its the 6th day waiting for the deposit to come into my account. I want to play on their site but scared again where another payment will get stuck and have to be running behind them everyday.
