Hello.
I try to get contact to VulkanVegas Casino in this channel since their chat does not answer me nor does their email support.
I registered this casino on 27.2.2022. I took the welcome bonus and won 6290 euros. I withdrew the money. VulkanVegas asked me many documents, which I sent and my account is verified. So far they have paid me only 4290 euros, so 2000 EUR is still missing. I noticed that 2000 EUR of withdraws were rejected.
I went to their chat several days ago and asked why is that. They told me that they had some kind of issue and I just needed to ask the withdraw again. Today, after a few days, I went again to their casino and saw that the first 1000 EUR of the rest 2000EUR withdraws was again rejected. I tried to open chat but did not get any contact. They have not answered to my emails neither (screenshot).
I hope this issue will get solved. Thanks in advance.
