Hi guys!
So 4 days ago ( thursday ) I requested an withdrawal of 160 euro to my account and the very same day one agent told me I need to wait and the other told me it was processed although the status of transaction was always the same. I have been on chat every day since that and I realzied hey are lying, acting like bots and they don't want to help anyhow, it's been 4 days now and I think something is not right here.. Not to mention that last time I had withdrawals here my balance was missing, they were dissapearing from chat etc, it was also something shady. Please advise.
Last thing they sad was : your funds are already processing by intermediary system. On this stage we can't affect on it. They didn't even reply what is intermediary system and they didn't even offer an solution, please trust me and help me out , this could last forever..
