This is not even complain but you can take it as complain if you want. The thing is my withdrawal was declined and when i asked why, answer got me to turn on you.
12.12. Monday I requested 400€ withdrawal, waited 4 days and right on promised day of withdrawal I got rejected with reason that my balance got low during confirmation of my withdrawal. What totally got me is the thing whole amount was deposited from my account to another department and my funds in wallet was none. There was another withdrawal of 255€ and it get rejected with only note declined cause of technical issues. So funds got in my account and I made new withdrawal, this time in bitcoin payment and whole amount 730€ was separated into 4 * 165€ And once 70€.
I wonder how this time it will be paid But I don't want to repeat this again so i write here for help.
I contacted live support many times and it was always please wait.
This time my find didn't leave my wallet so its still incomplete. So i will wait again just with real progress i can see here. Thank you for understanding me.
