My name is Gulay I have a problem withdrawing my winnings
I have made 2 withdrawal attempts and got canceled due to technical problems, I have contacted the live chat to figure out what is happening but I didn’t receive any explanation or notice, I made the first withdrawal with my MasterCard the same method I’ve used for deposit and it gets canceled after waiting a few days including the weekend
The. I contacted the live chat to find out what’s the matter and the answer was “technical problems “ they asked me to use another method which was a bank transfer which did and today I got the same problem and my winnings returns to my Vulkan account balance
I m asking you kindly ask gamblers to sort this problem out for me in order to get my winnings
I shall provide you with all the proof and conversation needed
