I have problem that I win 4000€, but didn't receive money because they canceled all the time a payment. I didn't receive money to my Bank account which is mastercard.
After that I wrote a message with question why thats is like that, but they didn't explain me why. Little bit before that, they said that the payment wasn't successful because of my Bank and my banka name is Revolut. That was a lies from vulkanvegas workers because I wrote a message to my Bank and they said nobody was sent this money from vulkanvegas. And already today evening I tried to login in to the my account in vulkanvegas, but it was already blocked for no reason, without any explaining, and now I cant log in and I didnt receive my money, 4000€ from them.
