VoxCasino - Withdrawal of 6 874 PLN delayed since 16 June 2026

On June 16, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 6,874 PLN via bank transfer.
After requesting the withdrawal, the casino asked me to complete KYC verification. I submitted all requested documents and my account is now fully verified.
Despite this, my withdrawal has remained in "In Verification" status since June 16, 2026. It has never been approved or processed.
I have contacted the casino several times by email, but I have not received any response. The live chat on the website is also unavailable.
I have been waiting for more than three weeks and I kindly ask AskGamblers to help resolve this issue and assist me in receiving my legitimate withdrawal.
