Withdrawal of 4000 EUR delayed since June 20 2026

I submitted a withdrawal request for 4000 EUR back on June 20th. After no progress for 2 1/2 weeks, on July 9 I reached out to customer service asking for an update on my payout and was informed that the payout was still under review and that I would need to wait. I have already provided all documents that were previously requested for verification and completed the verification procedure.

Since it's now been over a month since my payout was requested, I'd like to please ask for assistance from AskGamblers in order to resolve the issue and facilitate my withdrawal.
