Payment Delayed For Weeks

Hello,

On June 29, 2021, I requested a withdrawal 800 EUR and now it still pending after almost two weeks My Vesper account is fully verified and ready to withdraw. I asked many times via live chat that what is the problem, why they keep delaying my payment?. They say/said every time there's huge workload, platform is heavily loaded, security team checking your gaming session). I understand that if there is many players and huge workload, that's normal thing, but almost two weeks is too long time to wait. Please help me and thank you!
