Hi,

It`s been 8 days since I made my first withdraw request as a verified customer document vise. I have asked multiple time for an update, and the only answer I get is a small security check, or that a ticket have been forwarded to the financial department. I have received no further explanation. Your terms state 24 hours withdrawal time, and since documents are approved I do not see a reason for this hold up with no further information. My winnings where won without bonus money. I’ve been on chat daily to resolve this. I would kindly ask for a detailed answer for the hold up, or that my payments is accepted. I`ve been promised an email with explanations without receiving such. On my current V.I.P lvl I assume that I have wagered 200 000 EUR in total in your casino.

If possible, I would like to withdraw the whole amount of 13.000 EUR, although I know I’m not entitled to that with your current terms. However, for the frustration of not being paid or answers. Also waiting 3 months to be paid is annoying.

I am an avid gambler, and never experienced this kind of hold up without any clear reasoning. I joined your casino since your reviews and terms seams to promote a fast paying casino. This has not been my experience so far.

Okay cool. Complaint resolved. Misunderstanding about the rule it looks like so far. Case cane be closed. And im looking forward to get the next payment in April.

the withdrawal to 1000 eur is made. total output is 3000 eur according to the rules. the following output is also according to the rules.

the first withdrawal request after the account verification is 24.02.2021, according to the limit level is 3 000. this was confirmed in the chat by a support employee.
we have been trying to withdraw money to you since February 24, but there were some difficulties.as a result, they brought out 04.03 so from 04.04 you have a limit of 5 000 available to you.
