Delayed payment for six weeks

I made a withdrawal of 699 euros on Vesper casino several weeks ago, but my money hasn't arrived yet (despite my account being verified). After talking to the support several times via LiveChat and mail, I was told that the site was "heavily loaded" and that the finance department was not working. I was however assured that my payment would arrive "soon" anyway, but this was also almost two weeks ago and I still have not received the money.

There are screenshots of the conversation with live support attached. Could you please help me solve this problem?

I'm trying to withdraw my winnings for 20 days now and I'm still trying, I've contacted so many times the live chat, agents are friendly but they cant help, the amount is low (80 euro).

I've made the deposit through skrill and my account is fully verified, its the 2nd time

I try to withdraw there was a delay in the 1st withdraw but this time is the delay is unbelievable and they haven't told me a date that my withdraw will be processed, still promises that they inform the financial department and that my gaming session is being checked

On June 29, 2021, I requested a withdrawal 800 EUR and now it still pending after almost two weeks My Vesper account is fully verified and ready to withdraw. I asked many times via live chat that what is the problem, why they keep delaying my payment?. I was playing in vesper casino. First Deposit bonus 150% 30€+45€

Then I watched the restricted games. It was okay, no games like The dog house, extra juicy, and wild west gold weren´t banned.

About 2 hours when I started playing, I noticed that the wager wasn't going forward, so I went to the customer service to ask about it, found out that they have switched to the restricted games list. They added The dog house, Wild west gold, and extra juicy after I won "big".

And I waited for the withdrawal for 8 days then I got an email yesterday evening and they say "violation of casino rules" because I played the dog house and they block my account.

There is proof when I started to play. I got a picture of restricted games and after 2 hours they changed it and I have that list also.

So they changed the restricted games list when after I won "Big"!

Hello, i won 167 Euro on Vespercasino. I verified fully my account on 7 May 2021. i Did a withdraw over the same amount. Till today i didn't got my money. I send many emails. Some got answered. Some not. Live chat said they have technical issues with withdraws. I told them when they have problems with cashout to my Mastercard back. They could send my money to my Skrill instantly. The answer on this was only: "OK". But as i said till today i received nothing. A casino what cant withdraw 167Euro and get advertised as maybe best Casino 2021 i cant understand. Thx

I've registered on this casino 19 of April. I deposited 20 euros and had 30 euros bonus from the casino. After i wagered the required amount i verified my account and made a withdrawal request for 238 euros via mastercard (21 of April). It has now been 17 days since i requested it.

After few days i started to be a little worried and sent them few e-mails and wrote to them on live chat, where they told me, that they are checking my gaming session. Then they ensured me that my profile is fine, but finance department is loaded so it takes a little bit longer. From my point of view, 17 days is beyond reasonable and I'm not aware that i broke some TC's.

In the last live chat communication, they told me that i don't have to be worried, that they will send it to me but they don't know when and that i have two options - wait or play.

They don't even react to my e-mails anymore (last mail sent 34 hours ago), where i ask them whether they need some extra documents to speed up the process.

I have a problem with vespercasino , I won 2312 € and got my account verified and they paid 1 000 €( 18.3.21) on ecopayz to me. After this, the problem appeared as they suddenly said I have not verified again and I provided more documents and they verified me again. Then they sent me an e-mail on 1.4.21 that ecopayz is not working and they can't pay there and asked for my bank details, which I provided and then after few days asked for more info when will they be paying but they did not answer. I have also asked chat numerous times and tried making a withdrawal with card but there has been no progress.

It`s been 8 days since I made my first withdraw request as a verified customer document vise. I have asked multiple time for an update, and the only answer I get is a small security check, or that a ticket have been forwarded to the financial department. I have received no further explanation. Your terms state 24 hours withdrawal time, and since documents are approved I do not see a reason for this hold up with no further information. My winnings where won without bonus money. I’ve been on chat daily to resolve this. I would kindly ask for a detailed answer for the hold up, or that my payments is accepted. I`ve been promised an email with explanations without receiving such. On my current V.I.P lvl I assume that I have wagered 200 000 EUR in total in your casino.

If possible, I would like to withdraw the whole amount of 13.000 EUR, although I know I’m not entitled to that with your current terms. However, for the frustration of not being paid or answers. Also waiting 3 months to be paid is annoying.
