Delaying payment of money

On May 20, 2021, I requested a withdrawal (EUR 300). My account is fully functional and verified. According to T&C casino - "Withdrawal request processing time from 0 to 24 hours." It has now been almost 2 weeks, but the status of my withdrawal is still "pending". Casino representatives stated earlier that they have some issues concerning withdrawals, but it is unacceptable as deposits work just fine. Now they are not even responding to my emails.

Please investigate these unusual practices. Thank you

The money finally arrived. Although it has been 3! weeks from the request, I am happy that (after posting the complaint), the casino started to communicate, even gave me bonus (which had to be redeemed many times, so practically no bonus at all) and sent the money. Special thanks to askgamblers for help. I have closed the account and must recommend every player to avoid Vespercasino.

The casino finally sent the money (although different method-not paid to card, but sent via transfer, but it is acceptable for me). The casino also gave me extra bonus and promised that no future delays will happen. Please keep this open until I confirm that the money arrived to my bank account. In the meantime I thank both AG and casino.

Although it is not the fault of our casino and we have already contacted the payment provider and asked him several times to speed up the payment, the delay is simply unacceptable for Vesper Casino standards.
