Verification Delay After $14,000 Withdrawal


About 6 days ago I won $14,000 at EmuCasino. I submitted my identity card and bank card with instant approval.
The last remaining document, proof of address, has taken a very long time. I submitted them a bank portfolio which was
rejected. This was understandable as it wasn't a proper bank statement. Then i submitted them a government letter which is clearly stated on their website as an acceptable document but it was rejected. I've now submitted them with a proper bank statement but they haven't replied. It's been 24 hrs and they usually respond to me via email in 12 hrs. LiveChat will not advise me whatsoever on the timeframe to get this document approved. I really need this money and I'm very concerned now about receiving it. AskGamblers please help or EmuCasino please address this issue.

Apologies for these delays, we have processed this payment twice our end now so its not for want of trying to get this paid.

EmuCasino sent me an email today saying the deposit was unsuccessful due to Invalid Transaction
Amount. This is the same email I received after trying to make the withdrawl the first time. So.....still
no funds.
