My account opened after the self exclusion made me loose more

Hi I am facing a gambling issue and I informed the casino. After multiple attempts, I closed my account after losing 20-30k on 12 of feb 2026 and they opened my account on 30 march without my consent and made me lose another 4k by sending me emails about bonuses. I have all the proofs happy to submit more if required. Please look into this and I request a refund of 4500 nzd which I lost after my account was closed. Thank you.

Only i want my money from my first multiple self exclusion emails are ignored are which are 25 jan 2026 onwards and it’s included in my first few chats when i logged the complaint so that amount you refunded is just for 4 days

That was not settlement amount and never agreed on only that whatever wrong is wrong i am not asking the money which i lost before (probably 15000-20000nz dollars)i asking for close my account multiple attempts

I am filing a formal complaint against Vegasino Casino for withholding my winnings of 170,000 HUF since Sunday, September 27 (Transaction ID: 1105914526). My player account is fully verified (KYC completed), and the casino has far exceeded its official 3-business-day processing limit. Over the past few days, their live chat support has been constantly delaying and misleading me. First, an agent claimed the money was already sent to the payment provider, but later another agent contradicted this and admitted it is still being processed internally by the finance team. This is a clear stalling tactic. I demand the immediate approval and release of my legitimate funds.

I am filing a formal complaint against Vegasino Casino (vegasino-9034.com).

1. first withdrawal: 28.000 ft, withdraw to card, 28/09/2026 17:09:31, id: 5eecc83f-b4b1-45d8-9ef5-5e888d038fbf. Status: rejected 3 times without reason; now stuck at "ellenorzes alatt / under verification".

2. Second withdrawal: ID 909307d3 (USDT BEP20). Pending for 3 days, also under verification.

3. Own money + wagering done: this was my own deposited money, not bonus money. I have completed the 1x wagering requirement. So there is no bonus abuse.

4. No KYC possible: the casino never requested KYC; there is no upload section in my account. i have valid documents (id card + address card + nav proof) ready but nowhere to upload.

5. No support: email and live chat do not answer for days.

Request: please approve and process both withdrawals (28.000 ft + USDT BEP20 withdrawal 909307d3) immediately, or send me a KYC link and verify within 24h.

Withdrawal declined with no clear reason provided

I am a player from New Zealand seeking assistance regarding a NZ$13,000 withdrawal from Vegasino.

I submitted a withdrawal request for my winnings, however the withdrawal was cancelled and the funds were returned to my casino balance. Customer support advised that the payment provider declined the transaction but has been unable to provide the specific reason.

I have contacted live chat several times requesting an explanation. I asked whether the issue was related to my bank account, my account verification, my bank, or a technical issue. Despite this, I have only received generic responses stating that they cannot disclose the payment provider’s error for security reasons.

Most recently, support informed me that:

* My case has been escalated to the Finance Team.
* I should not submit another withdrawal request.
* My withdrawal is currently being investigated.
* I will be contacted by email or account message with any updates.

At this stage, my NZ$13,000 remains in my casino account and I have not been given a timeframe for payment or a clear explanation for why the original withdrawal was declined.

I have attempted to resolve this matter directly with Vegasino before lodging this complaint and I have retained screenshots of all correspondence.

I respectfully request AskGamblers’ assistance in:

1. Facilitating the payment of my NZ$13,000 withdrawal.
2. Obtaining a clear explanation for why the withdrawal was declined.
3. Receiving a reasonable timeframe for the withdrawal to be processed.

Delayed withdrawal processing

I made a withdrawal from Vegasino for $500 on 22/07/26.

I made contact with support to check if I needed to verify my account to make sure there were no hold-ups with the withdrawal; they advised that no further information was required and that my withdrawal was being processed.

It is now the 28/07/26 and my withdrawal is still under review. I have contacted support, who says that my withdrawal will be processed soon and apologised for the delay. They also say they cannot tell me how long it will take to process, as it is with the finance department. After reminding them of their stated processing times, there has still been no resolution. And I began getting the same response on repeat.

I made a withdrawal on the 22nd of June, and it has not been processed yet.

I have contacted customer support several times and was informed that the withdrawal was being handled. However, the status remains unchanged and still shows as “under review”.
