$10,000 withdrawal still has not reached my bank after 10 business days

I requested a withdrawal on the 10th of October It was accepted and processed by the casino on the 11th of October.After numerous live chat conversations they escalated a ticket to the payments department.Finally after 5 days from being told a specific person from payments was looking into it and would be in contact he was.He emailed me and said that the bank had a technical error and instead of the payment being sent it had been in limbo and was not sent.He assured me that the issue had been fixed and the money was on the way.(I have an email to support this from the casino) I have since then tried to contact them through email as I had a few questions in regards to this and I still have not got a reply.I am concerned I will not receive my money.As it has now passed the garaunteed processing time for withdrawals And the lack of communication and the fact I am being ignored is the reason I feel a complaint should be lodged.
