After making numerous deposits on this site and declining bonus's, I requested a withdrawal of £500 from my winnings on 29th Nov 2018.
I was told that this had been placed on hold as the 'team' needed to make sure that the winnings had been won through my own funds, even though I had a screenshot history to prove that they had.
Then, early this morning (1st Dec 2018) I made a another withdrawal for £500 only to be told that this too had been put on hold!
It has now been three days since the first withdrawal request was made and still no monies have been released.
Even though I have been informed that my account is verified.
I have never had this with any other site before and it has put me off of using you again quite frankly.

Please note that if this was your first withdrawal for example, there could be additional checks needed. Generally we do process withdrawals very quickly, so I am confident any issues can be resolved promptly.
