Twicedice doesn't reply back

Website doesn't reply back. Verification documents were submitted about 15 days ago, same as my withdrawal request. There is no live chat and they don't seem to respond to emails, so there is no way to reach them. Both screenshots show my withdrawal attempt, and verification attempt as well as an email from 13 days ago asking what was the delay about.

Yes, second withdrawal with the same payment method is usually processed faster.
Additional KYC will be handled by our security team and they might ask for additional documents.
