They do not verify or withdraw money

On December 2, I registered at this casino. I made several bets and decided to withdraw money. On December 3, I sent the documents for verification and put the money on withdrawal. Nothing has happened since then. No one checked my documents, of course, the money was not withdrawn. The support service does not respond to internal messages and emails. Withdraw my money.
