Declined Payment and Closed Account

Hello Askgamblers,

I need your help ASAP. I deposited 432 euros to this website on 08.06.2022. Then until 16.06.2022 I just played on sportsbook without any bonuses. I made my money 5866 euros. Before becoming a member, I read their terms and conditions. I followed all their rules. I just made some bets and I won this money.

I uploaded my document and requested a withdrawal of 2500 euros on 16.06.2022. Then I waited until 17.06.2022 they closed my account and just sent me an email which says " It seems there has been a problem with your TwiceDice withdrawal request and it has been cancelled. The reasons why your request might’ve been cancelled vary. First you should go over TwiceDice FAQ to see if there is a solution described there"

After this I tried to reach them on Live chat but if you are not a member you cannot reach them on Live chat, you have to be a member to reach Live chat. I sent emails, but they didn't reply to me. There is no explanation for the reason why they closed my account. I have all screenshots about the account, if you need I can send them all.
