Ecopayz deposit not credited


I deposited 1000NOK using Ecopayz 13 december, and amount was not credited. I reached out to support, they told me they sent my case to the KYC department to check why the money hasnt arrived. I since have fully verified my account, but the money has not been credited after 8 days. I reached out to Ecopayz which can confirm the transaction was successfull to the merchant N1 Interactive.

Still no answer from support were my money is, they claim its "stuck between us and the bank". I find that hard to believe as Ecopayz confirms the payment being done. I have never witnessed anything like this when depositing into a casino before.

Please help me Askgamblers resolve this case, if anything i want my money refunded.
