Ecopayz deposit not credited

I deposited 1000NOK using Ecopayz 13 december, and amount was not credited. I reached out to support, they told me they sent my case to the KYC department to check why the money hasnt arrived. I since have fully verified my account, but the money has not been credited after 8 days. I reached out to Ecopayz which can confirm the transaction was successfull to the merchant N1 Interactive.

Still no answer from support were my money is, they claim its "stuck between us and the bank". I find that hard to believe as Ecopayz confirms the payment being done. I have never witnessed anything like this when depositing into a casino before.

Please help me Askgamblers resolve this case, if anything i want my money refunded.

Hello, I have a problem with this casino. Moreover, not the first time because I ordered a payment to my bank account and then my bank rejected the payment and sent the funds back to the sender. When they appeared in the morning back on my player account., i.e. on June 18, I asked for the removal of the old account to order a new account where the casino does not want to remove my old bank account. And I cannot pay the deposit to be able to withdraw because all payment methods are blocked for Poles.

I suspect that they will hold my money because they want me to lose them. I have been waiting for almost a week and I am writing all the time about any updates and nothing more.

Problem with withdrawal

Hello, I would like to complain about this casino on the grounds that I won money from free spins that I was supposed to have withdrawable after verifying my account and making a deposit (which is completely logical and understandable for me). I made a turn, verified the account, I made the required minimum deposit, then the withdrawal methods and bank account disappeared, and the Neosurf payment method from which I made the deposit disappeared. The payment department does not want to order this withdrawal manually where it has such an option. there are no new replies they keep writing the same that they are working on it Since they are working and nothing new about this there is no new news or anything like that I think it is a scam and they are trying to get me to lose money as proof I will add screenshots which confirm that I have made a deposit and the one that shows that I do not have any withdrawal methods available. Hello i register account in Turbico Casino yesterday and verify telephone , email and sent all documents. I make deposit 202 PLN for welcome bonus 100%+100spins and Its not credited . I write to supports 2x about this situation and i get info that 'i get this today morning' but i dont get this and still waiting. I Write today to support but i dont get any Special information. Deposit not credited from Ecopayz

On January 4th I made a deposit via ecopayz but the funds have not been credited to the casino account even though they have left my wallet. The chat reported the situation to the payment department and a case was opened there. I have attached the screen of proof of payment from ecopayz and it has been accepted. For 24 hours I did not receive any information about the case. The next day, the chat asked the payment department to update the case but three days passed and the payment department took no action on my case. I would like to finally gamble with the funds I have deposited but this is not possible and I am asking askgamblers for help in this situation. Maybe with your help, the finance department will finally be interested in my problem. I would be grateful for your help, best regards.
